Retreats provide an opportunity for deeper immersion into the topics we explore. We integrate contemplative practices such as yoga and meditation with nature connection, big walks and play, as well as delicious food and nourishment for body, mind and soul.
We have different types of retreats to suit different budgets and intentions. Sometimes we work with particularly special teachers and individuals, such as our retreat with Ruby May in February exploring Embodied Activism and how we can live in alignment with natural cycles, or our retreat with Pat McCabe and Bayo Akomolafe in March, when we will navigate our relationship with the sacred, or “more-than-human”, in the face of the climate crisis.
Our Advaya Yoga & Nature retreats take place in beautiful venues in the UK and Europe, such as the Re-Enchantment Retreat at Trasierra in southern Spain.
Our donation based Retreat for Rebels series takes place at different spaces across the UK. Here we work with people involved in Extinction Rebellion and other activist organisations to find ways of resourcing ourselves for the long-haul.
