LINEAGE & LEGACY

How can we step out of unconscious cycles of harm and trauma by facing our histories as perpetrators and perpetrated peoples with complex and interconnected stories? How can we be the generation that heals and in doing so contributes to changing the spiritual course of humanity for the next generations?

What is the meaning of justice and what are our responsibilities to each other and to the earth? What are the prophetic traditions and spiritual inheritances that we need to reclaim? How are older religions and traditions evolving and responding to the cry of the earth in our present time, and what new spiritual movements are emerging within younger generations?

The Study Club will begin by following the threads of these questions – offering a selection of curated content (essays, podcasts and short films) each month – by writers, activists and artists exploring these themes in their work. In the session, we will come together to reflect on our collective insights, and how we can apply the learning to our social change work.

This space is for people seeking to dive beneath the surface of everyday engagement – and to dedicate the time to learn, think, be inspired and nourished in their practices.
