Wednesday 28th February to Sunday 4th March, 2018 Carthew Farm, St Issey, Wadebridge PL27 7RQ
A special and rare opportunity to learn from peace activist Satish Kumar, balance the mind and body with daily Yoga, Meditation and delicious Ayurvedic food, meet like-minded individuals and connect with the wild and beautiful land of Cornwall. You will leave refreshed, empowered and connected.
Two yoga classes will be taught each day by Ruby and Christabel Reed (founders of Advaya Initiative). These classes will be open to all levels. While building strength and flexibility over the 5 days, these Vinyasa Krama classes will prioritise the development of breath and incorporate elements of chanting, pranayama and meditation.
Satish Kumar will join us on Friday evening, leading sessions on Peace, Ecology, Finding Purpose, Connection and Nature.
Vegan breakfast, lunch & dinners will be cooked and prepared by Atty Dickinson, an incredibly talented and healing chef. Atty will create recipes inspired by balancing Ayurvedic traditions using locally sources and organic ingredients wherever possible.
You will have the opportunity to relax in the beautiful converted barns, paint, draw and read, go on walks in the surrounding, magical forests, or drive to the stunning beaches and moors for wild swimming and walking.
All inclusive prices from £180-£400 depending on which room you choose or if you decide to camp (the different rooms and prices are listed below).
